eContact Collect app for iPhone and iPad

Collect contact information such as name, address, email, etc without the bother of using paper forms and attempting to read poor handwriting. This App is targeted for use by charities, non-profits, churches, amateur and child sports teams, small political or activist groups, local political candidates, small or home businesses, etc that need a well-featured App to collect names and contact information of those that are interested in their efforts, but do not have the budget to purchase use of a professional contact/ customer management system. There are no monthly costs, no in-app advertising, and no in-app purchasing required for this App.

Using the App is quite simple:
1) you collect some contacts,
2) you email those contacts directly to yourself via your device’s email App,
3) you open and import those emailed contacts into a standard Spreadsheet, Document, or Database application on a personal computer.
Contacts are not retained indefinitely on your device, and no third-party ever receives your collected contacts.

As a usage example, a father of two that coaches his son’s team and is a volunteer for a local candidate could use this App in several ways. He can setup two separate Organizations (the team and the candidate) and collect contacts for both, while keeping that contact information separated. He can setup two different Forms for the team that requests different information: one to signup kids that want to play, and another to signup parents that want to volunteer or donate. If he lives in an area where different residents use different languages, he can setup the candidate’s Form to be bi-lingual or multi-lingual; yet all collected contact information will be emailed to him in his specified language. And he can share the configuration of his team or candidate Forms with other coaches or other volunteers so they can use this App cohesively with each other.

A Form is completely customizable; the App provides many pre-built fields plus generic fields that can be adapted for use. An Organization’s logo or even a candidate’s photo can also be shown as a title to a Form. Sample forms can be downloaded and customized.

Limitations:
• This App does not provide strong encryption for stored contact information, nor for transmission of contact information. Sensitive personal information such as National ID numbers, Credit Card numbers, Financial Account numbers, Medical/ Health information, etc should not be collected via this App.
